Great Design, Poor Materials	November 10, 2021

This swivel is really a great idea for preventing kinking at the spigot. HOWEVER, the plastic is SO soft it is very difficult to attack to either the metal spigot or hose end without stripping the plastic threads. It took me nearly ten minutes to finally get everything properly connected (I hope).

Great Until they Break!	October 8, 2021

I love this product until it breaks. Being made out of plastic it will only last so long if you are using it on the side of the hose with the watering wand, which I do. It can only take so much of the constant movement that takes place while watering a yard. I also use them at the hose bib with no issue because they do not see the movement that the wand end does. I would recommend that the Swan makes a better product to not break with use on the wand end.

If You Have a Hose Reel, You Ned This Thing!	March 16, 2020

I have dealt with several hose reels from various manufacturers, and have NEVER found one which did not kink the hose at least partially where it attaches to the fitting coming out of the reel.
I have spent hours experimenting with anti-kink spring fittings, hose fittings, and plumbing fittings to get a more-or-less satisfactory result.
Then I discovered these little guys; problem solved, and for only 7$! Where were they hiding all my life??
They also are handy for what they're designed for; preventing kinking at the hose bibb when the hose is pulled at an angle, but I've been able to solve that problem in other ways too.

They should be in the garden section of EVERY hardware store.
My only suggestion would be to market a brass version, which would obviously cost a lot more, but I do find plastic threads annoying sometimes, and I would easily be willing to pay double for it.
